DECEMBER 15 DEADLINE

 

December 15th is the last day to enroll for coverage effective January 1.

 

Covered CA members will be automatically renewed in the same plan with the 2019 rates unless they make a change before 12/15.

 

If your customer or client or prospect does not update their income or household size with Covered California, they may not be getting the correct subsidy amount.

ALIERA GROUP MEDICAL INSURANCE

 

Aliera has a very affordable group plan that only requires three employees enrolled.

This is an insured insurance plan. It’s not health sharing and is compliant with the Affordable Care Act.
It’s Called HealthPass


The plan has three options
• $69 a month for employee
• $89 a month for employee
• $99 a month for employee

 

This provides Primary Medical Care Services and is considered to be minimum essential coverage under the Affordable Care Act

 

Plans include:
• Doctor Office Visits
• Preventive Care
• Lab and X-ray
• Telemedicie
• Urgent Care

 

Employers are not required to make any contribution so it can be fully paid for by the employee. Alternatively, the employer can pay any percentage that they want. This is a great plan for employees, and a very flexible and affordable solution for the employers
